  • WEDNESDAY: Wine & Local Cheese Tasting at our bar, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM (€14 per person).
  • THURSDAY: Sangria & Flavors – Enjoy a refreshing fruit-infused sangria, a delightful mix of wine, fruit, and spices, accompanied by small delicacies from our Chef, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM (€12 per person).
  • FRIDAY: Aufguss – A relaxing ritual in our wellness area, by reservation only (limited spots), at 6:30 PM.
  • SATURDAY: Traditional Valtellina Dinner at the restaurant, starting from 7:30 PM.
  • SUNDAY: Cinema & Popcorn – A cozy and entertaining movie night with a carefully crafted atmosphere for a unique cinematic experience, accompanied by delicious popcorn! At 9:00 PM.

The Pizzoccherata di Bormio is a major gastronomic event dedicated to pizzoccheri, the traditional Valtellina dish made with buckwheat pasta, cabbage, potatoes, butter, and cheese. During the festival, the streets of Bormio’s historic center turn into a huge open-air banquet, where hundreds of people gather to enjoy this local specialty in a warm and traditional atmosphere.
